Assignment Manager

The Assignment Manager will lead a portfolio of assignments at various stages towards completion, primarily involving production introduction, collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as R&D, assembly, machining, purchasing, and after sales within the TRATON Group R&D in Södertälje, Sweden.
Main requirements:
- Ability to cooperate and motivate cross-functional teams
- Strong social skills and relationship-building capabilities
- Independent work style with ability to structure and adapt quickly
- Experience presenting results and balancing time and quality
- Engineering background with relevant university or civic engineering degree
- Minimum one year experience in project/assignment driven development
- Professional fluency in English and Swedish
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of assignments through all stages to production introduction
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, assembly, machining, purchasing, after sales, and TRATON colleagues
- Lead assignments individually and ensure completion
