We are looking for an Automation Requirements Analyst to join a well-established consulting company focusing on public sector projects with societal benefits. The role involves supporting public clients in improving case management through automation, resulting in increased efficiency, quality, legal certainty, and satisfaction among citizens and employees.
Main requirements:
  • Up to 5 years of experience as a requirements analyst
  • Experience creating use case diagrams, relational diagrams, concept models, etc.
  • Ability to quickly understand flows and relationships
  • Comfortable dialoguing with users
  • Academic education within IT
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in Swedish
