Responsibilities:
- Providing COBOL consultancy services to clients across different projects and industries
- Adapting quickly to clients' work environments and processes
- Collaborating effectively with client teams and Avanti's recruitment team to ensure successful engagement
- Participating in assignments such as covering for illness, parental leave, recruitment process gaps, project work, or as additional support during busy periods
