Coordinate and drive the development of connected marine services platform at Alfa Laval, focusing on innovation and customer-centric digital solutions to enhance maritime efficiency and compliance.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Knowledge and experience in IoT principles including cloud development (Azure), databases, algorithm development, IT security, and communication technologies
- Experience with Agile methodologies preferred
- Proficient communication skills in English
Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous development of connected marine services platform to meet customer needs
- Navigate complexity of developing new features, onboarding new applications, scaling the platform while addressing current and future customer demands
- Identify and analyze customer requirements to improve platform offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new services and products
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep platform competitive
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction
- Provide training and support to internal teams and customers on new features and services
- Support daily team activities including customer interactions, training, documentation creation, and marketing material development
