Lead the development of an innovative, cutting-edge digital signing platform at Hogia Signit. Combine technical expertise and team leadership to drive both strategic and hands-on development in a tech-driven environment.
Main requirements:
- At least 5 years experience as a software developer, preferably with SaaS and cloud services (e.g., Azure).
- Strong skills in C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Microsoft development environments.
- Basic knowledge of PKI and an interest in information security.
- Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Leadership experience and ability to motivate and coach a development team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of developers with clear goals, smart processes, and coaching leadership.
- Participate in coding, testing, and optimizing the platform alongside the team.
- Collaborate closely with customers and partners to ensure fast feedback loops and deliver maximum value.
- Drive technical innovation and represent product and technology internally and externally.
- Manage both technical and personnel responsibilities in the development team.
