Junior Onsite Technician for varied IT support assignments in Gothenburg. Monthly salary: 24,500-26,000 SEK.
Main requirements:
- Passion for IT and problem-solving
- Good communicative ability
- Willingness to provide first-class service
- Manual B driver's license
- Previous experience in a service profession preferred
- Strong social competence
- Curious and fearless towards challenges
Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of computers and other IT equipment
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Issuing and receiving IT equipment and mobile phones
- Providing support via IT Walk-in desk, Backoffice, and package reception
- Working with the ServiceNow ticketing system
Required hard skills:
- Installation and configuration of IT equipment
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Use of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience with IT Walk-in support
- Experience managing IT equipment logistics
