Join Mjölby Municipality's Community Building Administration to contribute to digitalizing waste management and promoting sustainability. We seek a curious and solution-oriented individual with technical understanding to support and develop critical operational systems for waste handling.
Main requirements:
- Completed post-secondary education in IT, preferably in systems science, computer science, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of IT systems and databases with strong computer skills
- Experience in system administration and maintenance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively making informed decisions
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop solutions
- Ability to follow procedures, legal requirements, policies, and schedules
Responsibilities:
- Configuring and adapting EDP Future and EDP Mobile systems for FNI implementation
- Providing internal system support, training, and user assistance
- Coordinating and making operational data and statistics accessible
- Improving and implementing system-related processes and routines
- Managing communication and requirements with system suppliers
- Participating in projects and development initiatives
- Structuring and entering new subscription models, container types, and tariffs
- Ensuring invoicing and statistical reporting work according to new models
- Testing and quality assuring system settings and process flows
- Collaborating closely with the planning leader and unit administrators
Required hard skills:

- Experience with EDP Future and EDP Mobile
- Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and system operations
