Project Manager with technical understanding – part-time in Mjölby. We are looking for a proactive and structured project manager with a technical background for a part-time assignment at a leading player in medical technology production. The assignment is 50% and requires physical presence on site in Mjölby. You will have the opportunity to combine practical engagement with clear leadership in projects that have a direct impact on quality and safety for the end user.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading technical projects
  • Ability to independently drive projects from start to finish
  • A non-prestigious and solution-oriented approach
  • Previous experience from technology-intensive environments such as production, industry, or Life Science
  • Good collaboration and communication skills and ability to work closely with technical, production, and quality functions
Responsibilities:
  • Drive and coordinate several smaller technical projects simultaneously
  • Create structure, ensure progress, and follow up on activities
  • Participate operationally when needed to help achieve set goals
  • Work within a clearly regulated environment with a focus on quality assurance and documentation
Required hard skills:
