Lead requirements and testing processes in a complex and critical ERP system upgrade project at a leading Swedish energy company.
Main requirements:
- Experience in regulated operations and investment or procurement processes
- Experience in both requirements management and test leadership
- Ability to work in a structured way in large and complex projects
- Academic education in a relevant field
Responsibilities:
- Drive, coordinate and plan the work with requirements management
- Ensure requirements are complete, clear, and properly handled in various project phases
- Translate requirements into test cases
- Engage in dialogue with business and development teams regarding requirements, feasibility, and resources
- Contribute to planning and coordinating testing activities
- Potential to develop the role to include test leadership for the entire project
