Security Guard

Avarn Security AB seeks security guards for a new assignment in Örebro. The role involves strengthening our clients' safety, preventing incidents, and fostering a secure environment. We value inclusivity and look for responsible, service-oriented, stress-resistant individuals with a natural drive to assist others. The position offers full-time, part-time, and on-call shifts including day and night work, starting autumn 2025 with a 6-month probation period.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 18 years of age and no criminal record
  • Completed secondary education with passing grades
  • Good health and physical condition
  • Organized personal finances
  • Valid class B driver's license
  • Several years' experience in the security industry
  • Completed security guard training
  • Experience working independently
Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen client safety and prevent incidents
  • Work in various environments around Örebro with diverse tasks
  • Provide service-oriented engagement when interacting with people
  • Solve problems independently and work well within a team
  • Represent a trusted and supportive presence for the public and clients
Required hard skills:
  • Security guard training (Skyddsvaktsutbildning)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Driver's license class B
