Responsibilities:

- Operating alarm and surveillance systems
- Monitoring access points at customer locations
- Reporting incidents and maintaining presence at assigned areas
- Delivering excellent customer service by assisting and reassuring people
Required hard skills:

- Basic computer skills for reporting and rounds management
