Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in IT operations and server management
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft and Windows environments
  • Experienced in customer-oriented work and process-related dialogues
  • Ability to break down requests into manageable segments
  • Excellent written and spoken Swedish skills
Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, administer, and optimize servers within Microsoft and Windows environments
  • Provide technical advice and dialogue with customers to create customized solutions
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and identify resource needs
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure delivery quality
  • Lead and participate in technical improvement projects
