The role involves designing and implementing infrastructure services, installing and configuring network equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, managing and upgrading operating systems mainly in Linux and Windows, performing minor programming tasks in C++ and Python, assembling computers, cabling for new installations and upgrades, and documenting workflows to support business improvements. This position is full-time and requires passing security clearance according to current regulations.
