Main requirements:
  • Experience or interest and understanding of property management
  • Technical interest and ability to quickly learn new IT systems
  • Experience in customer contact and relationship building
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Support customers in strategic issues related to system management
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions with customers
  • Assist customers in working optimally with their data
  • Act as a bridge between customers and developers for system solutions
