Seeking a technical writer to work on advanced technology projects contributing to societal security through clear and structured documentation. The role involves documentation of technical systems, applications, and processes within a leading defense industry company in Gothenburg, Sweden. The position is initially as a consultant via Centric with potential for permanent employment.
Main requirements:
- Experience with technical documentation, preferably in defense, industrial, or technology sectors.
- Excellent ability to write technically accurate and easy-to-understand texts in both Swedish and English.
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar.
- Understanding of system development processes and technical environments.
- Careful and structured working method.
- Good collaboration skills and the ability to take initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Document technical systems, applications, and processes.
- Create user manuals, system descriptions, operational instructions, and maintenance documentation.
- Ensure documentation complies with internal standards and external requirements (e.g., defense, quality, and security).
- Collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, engineers, and project managers.
- Participate in developing and improving documentation processes and routines.
Required hard skills:
- Technical documentation
